paramount question
would a 1991 schwinn paramount have horizontal dropouts or is the guy selling it not sure about the age.

They wouldn't be horizontal, they would be semi-horizontal like my '89 most likely. Semi horizontal are kind of shaped like a U laying on its side with the closed end at the back, vs. track ends that have the open end at the back.
