source for reynolds decals?
I am refurbishing a bicycle made of reynolds 631 tubing. After attempting to contacting both the framebuilder and reynolds themselves and receiving no reply, I found the decals listed on ebay by seller cyclomondo:
Reynolds 631 Frame and Fork decals
Reynolds 631 frame and fork decals for bikes built with this tubing set
Included in this auction is a free Campagnolo frame decal.
This decal will finish your vintage bike restoration perfectly. Check my other auctions for unique Campagnolo decals to truly finsh off your masterpiece.
lease note - these are remanufactured decals and are the preferred choice of several master frame refinishers in Australia and the US due to their quality, the fact that they are new and will not shatter or fail during application .
For your lightweight road or track project.

So, I ordered the decals. After about 10 days, I received them. The fork decals were not included. I emailed the ebay seller to notify him of the mistake and he says:
Hi,
I use a generic template when I list my many Reynolds decals. The 631
decal that I used as a master for this didnt have a pair of fork
decals......as dont the 853s. I dont know what they look like or else I
would have made them.
I must change my description in the ad as I dont want to deceive. If I had
an original fork decal to use as a master, I would offer a pair of fork
decals in this sale and also have included a picture of them as I do in all
my other Reynolds ads.
Anyone else think this is quite misleading? Since I jumped the gun (assuming the fork decals were simply left out), I already applied the frame decal so I cannot return them and receive a refund. I replied asking if there was any way for him to fabricate the fork decals and letting him know that I'd gladly pay for shipping if he'd do that. I am not trying to give him grief -- I just want the fork decals to complete my project.
No response yet.
So, my question is...anyone know of a source for these decals?

Cyclomondo is pretty much the go-to place on eBay for decals, and in my experience they are very helpful and willing to give your order special attention if it requires it.
That said, the item description is kinda misleading.

Sounds like a simple mistake rather than misleading... I've ordered a ton of stuff from cyclomondo, always great stuff.
Maybe Yellow Jersey or H. Lloyds?
