My new Schwinn Voyageur 11.8
Found for $65 at an auto swap meet. Commence with the weeping and gnashing of teeth.

Didn't measure the frame yet. I only know that it's too small for me and too big for my wife. Probably a 33 inch standover. This will make good trading fodder, I suspect.

+1 Dump the foam grips and go with red bar tape. Looks like you might need new lever hoods. I got mine at Niagara for less than $7.

Yeah, the hoods are toast (literally) -- I like that red bar tape, too! Never did like the foam grip. They've always felt like they're teeming with germs.
