Found a mixte - what is it?!

I found this bike on the curb yesterday. It has all of its decals and headtube badge and everything, but I can't seem to find out any information about it. The downtube says "Alloy Standard" and the headtube badge says OMNI and Japan. The sticker on the seat tube says the bike is made of double-butted 973 cr-mo, hand brazed. The fork sticker says Seitetsu. It has Suntour components, Araya rims. What can you tell me about this bike? Thanks!

Sweet bike for the price. I love the way a Mixte looks - I recently got one for my wife.

Clean it up and post in the show-off-your-Japanese-bike thread. Perhaps the specially focused crowd can give some info. Probably one of those this-is-the-house-brand-of-a-shop-that-made-bikes-for-Panasonic-or-somesuch-boom-bike bikes.

A lovely example.
