Need help identifying old Olmo frame
Hello,
I don't actually own this frame, just looking to maybe buy it. Since i don't own it I only have one picture of it, of decent quality. Would anyone happen to have an idea of what model Olmo this frame is? Or maybe around what year it's from?
I think the seller is looking for around (edit) $50 (CAN) (not $75), dollars for the frame and fork. Sound like a decent price? Again sorry I only have this one photo.

Its a early 70s low end version of their 50s frame. Probably gaspipe, but worth 75. I guess.

It's definitely similar to an older Olmo. Here's my 1963 Olmo Deluxe, the top model, built with Falck tubing. You can see it's very similar so it depends on the tubeset for your frame to determine if it's low-end or high-end.... look for a tubing decal/sticker. If none, then you would have to weigh it to compare it to the weight of a same-size frame built with Columbus SL tubing to determine its tubing quality (?)

Wow, that's gorgeous! Is the gold plated? I have a similar one with a cottered crank in painted blue, any chance you could post good, square on photos of the decals? That's the nicest I've ever seen!

Here's some decal photos. Let me know if you want some more photos of certain decals. I see a few deficiencies but I will wait for you to ask about specifics before I do more effort. Contact me via email at 4peebee(at)peterbrueggeman.com
