I got two of those at Ross Dress for Less for $12/each.
I think they're excellent.

Great on carpet, not so great on finished concrete.

If you use them daily, on/off, on/off, you need to watch for the hanger moving.

I eventually gave them to a guy who bolted them to the wall and they're really working out well for him.

$12 is less than 1/3 of typical selling price. They're ok, but a little rickety IMHO.

I have one of these: https://tinyurl.com/na2oaqz It is very sturdy and stable on a wood floor. The frame hooks are vinyl-covered so that they won't scratch the top tube and I put some cork pads on it where it contacts the wall.
