Duct tape on the seat, dirty brake hoods, bike needs to be cleaned. And no complete drive side picture in the ad. It's all about presentation. Even diamonds look cruddy when you put them in an ashtray.

True, but there are many savvy cyclists and C&V'ers here, and that size is in the heart of the market--they'll see right through poor presentation and know that's a good bike right there (and thus scoop it up). They'd be willing to put in the work to get it going, or at least sellable. I know many of us are, and I know I really am. I think it's partially due to being at the absolute nadir of bike-willingness (anything bike-related) on the general populace's part. A $70 price drop is pretty significant in the efforts to move the needle. Anyway, we'll see how it goes.
