This one won't last but worth a posting anyway.

Doesn't really look like 60 cm to me, but a Dura-Ace Klein for that kind of money...

whatever it is it is very beautiful. since the seller is in Germany it is a European market bike and slightly different than ours. however, with those chromed stay caps and "flag" Bianchi decals make it look like an '84 frame. an '83 or earlier top of the line frame would have different decals. the holes for the Portacatena system would make slightly older? it is very clean I would almost think a respray. funny the seller post a pic of a '83ish Super Leggera with completely different decals. I believe at one time almost all Bianchis had, maybe the other markets still have them, Piaggio decals since they were the parent company. the US bikes stopped carrying them when Bianchi USA became the sole importer for the US market.

BianchiGirrl? Picchio? Any insight about this frameset?

Saw this today while searching "Campy" under cycling:

http://cgi.ebay.com/Bob-Jackson-1974...-NR-/300555219

With shipping, a near-flawless, period correct example of one of Great Britain's finest for under a grand. Check out the Campy drop bolt on the rear brake. And it's orange!

Hi, this was a custom built 56cm seat tube, 58cm top tube frame. It has Campagnolo Record crankset, gears and brake calipers, Campagnolo Chorus Ergo levers/brakes, hubs laced to Mavic Open Rims. It is a 9 speed freewheel. Long (probably 135mm) Cinelli stem and Cinelli Bars. Rides/looks like an absolute dream. It has Shimano clipless pedals, the ones shown are just so people can try it out. $1200 is pretty firm, no low balling please as I'd sooner part it out. Please email for more info or for a link to better photos on a photobucket album.

Holy crap! That Bob Jackson would be a great companion to the BJ mixte of the same era (even has the same funky little painted 'panto' on the seatstay) I am building up for my wife! And it's my size. Don't think I can handle the price though. : - (

1983 Rossin Road Bike - Full Campagnolo - $750

Classic Columbus doulble butted steel frame Italian road bike in very good condition. I purchased this frame new in 1983 and have enjoyed riding it for the past 24 years. It has been stored indoors since 2007.

The color is Rossin’s version of candy apple red, one of my favorite colors. It has never been repainted and I have added some white pin-striping. Campagnolo chrome dropouts. Rossin markings and cutouts on the fork crowns, rear brake bridge, down tube lug at the headset, both rear stays, and “R” logo in bottom bracket. I had one minor accident and the frame was adjusted and alignment checked. It still rides like like new.

Frame size is 24”, with classic Italian geometry.

Components:
Seat post - 27.2 Campy SR
Seat - Campagnolo Model Brooks B-17 Competition Standard
Headset - Campy SR
Crankset - Campy with pantographed chainring. 42/52 gearing. Drilled and lightened.
Pedals - Campy Record. Toe clips with leather straps.
Front Derailleur - Campy Record
Rear Derailleur - Campy NR. 7-speed Regina freewheel (13-14-15-16-17-19-22)
Brakes - Campy Record (lever hoods need replacing)
Shifters - Camy Record on downtube.
Hubs - Campy Record large flange w/Campy skewers
Rims - Nisis Sport

Included with sale:
44 & 47 tooth Campy chainrings
Cannondale saddle bag
Extra set of wheels. Campy hubs (Legnano logo) with Mavic rims
Pump with Campy Head

Cash transaction only

I'm with BG on this one. Stem shifters, pie plates, bolts-on wheels (unless on a real track bike) & turkey wings were NEVER cool.

Even when they were on Paramounts.

Raleigh Professional 62cm. Serial number A67XX, puts it as a 1974. I bought it from the original owner in 1980 and haven't used it much since. All original paint and I believe Campy components. I'm going to list it locally before I put it on eBay. $1750. Reply with phone number.

I'm not too up on the Cannondale market, and I think it depends on the year of the bike...but Ultegra and a front triple might be attractive to folks here:

Yum. Just my size too, and within driving distance. Too bad I'm not shopping. He also has a Cinelli and a Gios that aren't too bad, and a Cannondale track if you're into that sort of thing. I hate to hear these stories of people selling their collections due to injury.
