I would have bought the blue one, but I'm tapped out until I sell off the frames and parts that have been accumulating from my Cx project. I rode the one I got today, and despite the frame being smaller than I'm used to, it was a very comfortable and enjoyable ride.

1987 trek 520 for sale, fully lugged. Built out of reynolds 531 steel. Frame dates from the days when trek was still made in the usa.

Full deore touring group, 36 spoke wheels. Deore high profile canti brakes. Triple front crankset, wide range gearing.

Although not pictured, rear rack included.

New chain, freehweel, and bartape.

Would make an awesome bike for commuting or touring.

If you're looking for some Dura Ace wheels this would be a good flip bike in So Cal. This looks kind of suspicious but (if real) you could buy it for $1000-1100, keep the Dura Ace wheels, toss some $100 wheels on there and flip it for $200-300 less.

To save even more cash, pull the pedals off and sell those separately as well. Speedplays go for a pretty penny. At that level of bike/price, a rider typically has their own brand they prefer anyway.
