Here's a rare one, unfortunately in a condition that would seem to cripple its value, but maybe the price is reasonable considering the condition. Photos are good and seller is frank about the paint condition, however I really doubt the contention that 'once painted or paint removed the frame doubles in value.' When does a repaint or strip double the value of anything collectible?

Have at it: http://chicago.craigslist.org/chc/bik/3011281133.html
[h=2]Bianchi X4 Argentin 1987 Limited Edition with Campagnolo Record C - $399 (Hollywood Park Chicago)[/h]

Date: 2012-05-12, 10:41AM CDT

Bianchi X4 Argentin 1987 Limited Edition with Campagnolo Record C Frame/Fork $399 or Complete Bike $599

Size 57cm c2top tube.

Columbus SLX Tubing, Campagnolo Record C Head Set, Bottom Bracket and Record C Crankset, along with Shimano, 3TTT Handle Bar, Nitto Alloy Stem, 6sp Shimano Index Shift Levers, San Marco Royal Saddle with Copper Rivets and FSA Dual Action Brake Calipers.

The paint is about 7 scale, but the good news there's chrome (Columbus SLX Tubing is Chrome Moly) under the paint (thats why in places it's flaking!), no dents, no dings and small amount of oxidation. Once painted or paint removed the frame doubles in value. Notice the engraved head tube with Bianchi and the fork crown are engraved with the Roman Eagle, not a decal or a badge.

$399 CASH for the FRAME/FORK with Record C Bottom Bracket(no Cranks) and
Record C Head Set.

$599 CASH for the Complete Road Bike.

Doesn't seem like it. The lugs are short with minimal filing. The seat stays don't seem to have the stylized "allez" caps although that may not be a requirements. I think the 3rensho ones also used Campy dropouts and a unique fork crown.

Nice 12 speed Road Bike for sale. I used this bike awhile back but haven't used it for long time now. I was into heavy training a few years back. In later years, it has gotten relatively light use. Everything on this bike is in good working condition. There are a few scratches on the frame from storage, but nothing major outside of that.

This bike would be a great first road bike for someone trying to get into cycling for fitness, and go on rides beyond simple commuting.

For Sale: Classic Steel Guerciotti Road Bike

Frame bought new in 1976: 51.5 cm steel (Columbus). Campagnolo triple chainwheel, front derailleur, bottom bracket, and headset; seven-speed freewheel; barend friction shifters; Superbee brakes. Faithfully maintained -- very little rust; four years ago rode a century (100 mile) ride with it -- thus the conversion to a triple chainwheel. Included are the parts for conversion back to a double chainwheel setup -- Sugino -- with two crankarm lengths (171 & 168 mm) and assorted chainwheels; the original Campagnolo bottom bracket; an old Dura Ace front derailleur (not shown); and a set of Guerciotti decals (unfortunately the original classic olive wreath ones are no longer available). $650 for everything.

Bike for sale.. My friend gave it to me but the Bike Shop told me it's quite old.. I instead just purchased a new bike since I'm starting to train for triathalons.
The local Bike Shop quote less than $200 for a good tune up.. It's in good condition and has been in storage for years.. Great bike to get around town!
Pick up only - serious inquiries only

It's for free. Just come pick it up. Early 1970's Schwinn Varsity 10 speed English racer. Terrible original condition. It's been in my family since new. I want to give it to someone who'd like to fix it. These are old pix...the rear rack is missing in action.

I have an excellent shaped DLK. 19" Tange Infinity Cromo double butted frame; Campagnolo Mirage components: (Shifters, Brakes, Derailleur, Pedals & Hubs); Forma Italian bars; Ambrosio Super Elite Italian rims, Quick release wheels for added security and easy transport. Rides and shifts great. This was stored indoors, on bike hooks. Not trashed in any way. Built to last; priced to move.. Why settle for less?? You will not be disappointed with this one. You will Love this ride. PLEASE reply with your phone number, so I will know that you aren't an email phisher.... I can possibly show it early AM/night in Gloucester, but during the day in Danvers is easiest (that's where it is stored).

Buy Local - Buy Used! Stick it to the corporations. Let's all help do our part to tell the like of Goldman Sachs to shove it.

I Like to Barter - I may consider partial trades for old US coins or old/scrap/broken/ugly gold or platinum jewelry, Sterling silverware/flatware (ugly pieces are ok); but Cash is King; Unless you have some cool trades, my price is firm.

Thanks for looking; craigslist rules!

This is a new 1982 Bridgestone Serius road bike from a closed Bridgestone dealer. It has been in a sealed box and rubber parts and tires (Bridgestone of course) are just like new. The components are Suntour Cyclone the second best Suntour offered just below Superbe. The frame is double butted cromoly and the bike weighed 23 pounds according to the catalog, the exact same as the later RB1. This is a link to the catalog http://sheldonbrown.com/bridgestone/...%20catalog.pdf . The Serius is shown on page 4. The picture is of a 25" identical to the 23" for sale. I have already sold the 25" Local sale only. The bike can be seen at the Riverside T stop. Please include a valid phone number or I will not respond.

Stock Windsor Profesional w/ Classic Campagnolo Super Record Group components, drilled brake levers. Low miles, Mavic hard anodized clincher rims. 21" frame (sorry I lost my metric tape). Eddy Merckx issue Columbus tubing. Super Record group. Rust spots here and their but do not compromise frame strength/integrity. Please come take a look...email or call 781-217-5874 for any questions you may have. Thanks. Len

ZEUS! Missing some of the originals, but they're only asking $300.
