Smaller frames are hard to find and this is a great frame for a woman. I was going to build it for myself, but I do not have the time nor the money for this side project. This is a really cool frame and I don't really want to get ride of it, but I just moved and I do not have room for it.

Please call Brittany if interested at 509-432-9095.
Thanks!

You are certainly a kind gent for sharing some of the most screaming deals I've ever seen, Rocket. My question is, at such a low price (you can practically find that much in couch cushions), why not just nab it, even if it doesn't fit?

Holy crap, when I first glanced at that picture I didn't realize that the fork had been flipped and I thought we'd had a record for the all time most bent fork.

I called her very shortly after the ad went up. Haven't heard back yet. This would be a great frame for the road parts that I have been hoarding. Do you know about how old that frame would be around?

Well i got a call back. She thinks that the frame is around early 90's or so. And i will be meeting her around 6:00 pm. I'm kind of excited. Looks like the type of frame I have been desiring to build up! Not too tall either.

that frame is somewhere arounf '84 to '87, Bianchi pretty much stopped using that decal style in '87. It could be either a older Limited frame with a Ishawata 022 frame or a Mangalloy/HiTen blend. There is just not enough detail in the pics. I think it is closer to an '83 though

In the limited info that is presented, how much do you think that frame is worth? And can you venture a guess if it came with 700c or 27x1 1/4 inch wheels? I have a set of 700c that I would use with it but I want to use my normal/short reach 105 calipers.

Got the frame tonight. Very nice frame even though there are some chips and imperfections. There is a sticker on the frame that says Double Butted Ishawata Magny tubes, stays, and fork. How does that compare to say Chromoly frames? Also came with a Nitto drop bars and Nitto stem. Got everything for 49 dollars.

Kinda bummed out though, got it home and both of my double pivot nice brake sets don't reach the rim either with a 27" or 700c. :(

Can you tell me a little bit more about the bike? Is it worth building up? Like I said, i'm a tad bummed with the brakes not reaching and that makes me want to get a different frame. LOL

Mangalloy is like a step down from ChroMoly (I think). I have a frame with tretubi tange ChroMoly and Magnalloy stays and it rides pretty darn good. It may be a tad heavy but I don't think you notice a difference in ride between say a tange 9000 frame and this.

Post a few good pics of the frame in the Bianchi Serial number ID thread and see if I can figure out the model. that is too bad about your brakes but if you buy brakes and then don't like the frame you can always resell them with the frame.

What makes that particularity desirable? Just wondering, it has stem shifters which turn me off almost immediately. If it was say 70 dollars, I would be all over it. Just doesn't seem to be even a mid-range bike. Reminds me of a Schwinn World Sport bike. Low to low-mid grade.
