This guy is well known? Or is it the typical "I am at sea/war/volunteering/saving the whales/traveling, send money and I will have my agent pack up the bike" scam?

To me, the Masi set up and $750 price evokes memories of the Medici bike / seller of fame here recently.

Nice lady, I bought the pink one, but met her in a Mall parking lot and didn't get to look at the Alan.

^way too much for a decrepit Peugeot. Worth no more like $100, despite having a very fine frame. You'd have to spend a week getting it back into shape, at a minimum...

Interesting, I missed that one, do you recall the original price? I am visiting Orange County soon and have been looking to buy something rather than bring a bike with me but there is so much junk on the OC CL.

[h=2]colnago master light with campy chorus - $1500 (newton)[/h]

Date: 2013-01-04, 11:03AM EST
nxnfs-3521460069@sale.craigslist.org[SUP][?][/SUP]

colnago when they were still made in italy. I tried to sell it last year but was overcome with sellers remorse. its about 12 years old but iy has gone several seasons without being ridden dut to a demanding profession. the tires have less than 100 miles on them.

I disagree. The pics are not good enough to tell the condition of that frame. The one shot of the fork looks, to me, a little dirty with some very minor surface rust which should easily be fixed by anyone.

The brakes (campy monoplane Chorus), brake levers (Campy), cranks (Chorus?) are worth easily $75-100 each. The HS looks Campy (probably Chrorus) to me as well. Not to mention the Modolo stem/bars. All very nice stuff that could easily be parted out for a tidy profit -and the buyer would still have a nice Super Vitus framed pug.

I do not. It was on CL as a whole early last year for about 1600 w/ a standard wheelset. The frame is 600. I've seen the bike in person and can say its really nice haha.

He parted it out for another build. The nature boy on cl is also another one of his.

I am not wure about the frame but I see Chrous cranks, brake calipers, maybe levers and what looks like a Sante RD but with 600 shifters it could be a 600RD. CampI HS and seatpillar too?

OH I see someone beat me to this.
