Some rust issues, esp. on the cable guides, but this could be a fun project. Nice lugs!

Pricey but pretty.

FUJI AMERICA / CAMPAGNOLO GROUPSET / 18 SPEED TOURING BIKE / EXCELLENT

FUJI AMERICA / CAMPAGNOLO GROUPSET / 18-SPEED TOURING BIKE / EXCELLENT CONDITION

FRAME SIZE:
55 cm - Frame Size (center of crank to seat post)
55 cm - Top Tube
80 cm - Stand Over Height

This classic and rare 18 speed Fuji America touring bicycle has a double butted hand built Chrome-Moly 331 frame is fast and responsive. The Fuji America being Fuji's top of the line touring model was built by hand in Japan while the other mid and lower end model Fuji's were built for Fuji in South Korea, Malaysia and Taiwan. This bike has been well cared for and always kept indoors. I had stopped riding it about 10 years ago and was only occasionally riding my mountain bike on trail - I restored the Fuji last month to get back in the saddle (not to sell - so I did it right). Soon after I finished, a bicycle collector made me an offer I couldn't refuse on my another bike (Specialized S-Works M2) so I decided to sell both and put all the money towards a new full suspension mountain bike.

The Fuji frame looks great in its distinctive two tone blue. It only has some superficial scratches and was never crashed. I had upgraded from SunTour to a Campagnolo Groupset about a year after purchase. The SunTour was very good but Campy is top of the line with the smoothest shifting and zero flex in the brakes for accurate modulation and power braking when needed. Last month I gave it a tuneup and replaced all of the rubber & leather parts (see list below). I just put about 100 miles on the bike. The wheels are true and the forged alloy sealed bearing hubs run smooth with no play and great glide. The only reason I am selling is to help pay off my new mountain bike. Use your favorite peddles.

THE CAMPAGNOLO GROUPSET:
(1) Campagnolo Nuevo Record Rear Derailleur
(2) Campagnolo Front Derailleur
(3) Campagnolo Shifters
(4) Campagnolo Brev Inter Brakes (Front & Rear)

RESTORED IN MARCH & APRIL: TUNEUP, CLEAN & RE-LUBRICATE PLUS $150 PARTS (not including labor):
(1) Seamless Pro NJS FUJITA Saddle (vintage - New old stock)
(2) Two New Vittoria Zeffiro 27 x 1.1/8 Tires (100 psi)
(3) Two New Kenda Thorn Resistant Inner Tubes
(4) Two New Rubber Rim Liners
(5) Soft New Synthetic Cork Bar Tape
(6) Two New Shimano Rubber Brake Hoods

OTHER ORIGINAL PARTS ON THE BIKE INCLUDE:
(1) Sugino Crank
(2) SunShine GyroMaster Forged Alloy Sealed Bearing Hubs
(3) Shimano 105 Brake Handles (one small plastic insert fell out located above lever - this is hard to see and has no effect on operation - see photo)
(4) Nitto Olympiade 115 Handlebars
(5) Dynamic Stem

ALSO INCLUDED:
(1) Avocet 30 Bike Computer - works perfect - shows: speed, max speed, distance, total distance, stopwatch/timer and clock (New battery)
(2) Blue Saddle Bag - taken off so you can see bike in photos

YOU MUST RIDE THIS BIKE TO APPRECIATE: Bring your own pedals - or - use my test pedals.

This bike has kicked around Denvers CL for a while now one big question value wise does the price include the training stand it is presented on. Which would be worth $100-150 .

Has been sold deleted so we may never know.

Attention!! Sweet Road Bike here
[h=2]Attention!! Sweet Road Bike here - $1100 (Medford)[/h]

© craigslist - Map data © OpenStreetMap

(google map) (yahoo map)

I am selling this really sweet Andy Gilmour road bike for a friend.
Andy Gilmour is a highly respected framebuilder from Arizona and has been building frames for over 30 years. This frame has a seat tube that measures 51cm center to top, 50 cm center to center. The top tube is 54 cm. It is built up with a complete 9 speed Dura Ace group (including wheels). Really terrific paint scheme.
Bike is ready to ride. There is one small blem on the down tube, so small that it would be hard to find if I didn't mention it, but I just wanted to be forthcoming about it.
Grab it now and be ready for all your spring, summer, and fall cycling adventures!!!

I have no idea if Stumpjumpers are of interest to people (or what a good price for one is), but one popped up on Etsy overnight:
