Where did Infinity fall in the Tange hierarchy? I thought it was comparable to Prestige or even a replacement, but it seems like frames built with it were hung with entry level parts? This bike for example, has Shimano Light Action (or exage?).

Here is another, smaller and more well used for just $200

I think Infinity ranked a few below Prestige, but I don't the Tange line up of the day. I wouldn't call say entry level, as in recreational bikes, I believe a lot of RX100 level bikes were built with, so I would definitely put it in the Sport / basic racer class.

My mountain bike is built with it and I love the ride, although these days it sees more road than woods.

Just my luck! These never come along in my size and now when I don't have the funds this pops up with a full 531and in blue which is a color I would not mind.

That's too much money for a bike with the second lowest level Tange tubeset ever made, 900 being the lowest; which means the groupset will be a lower level too. I personally think that too much money to buy a lower end older bike even though it does look nice it will probably weigh around the 28 pound range. For $300 you can find better mid level bikes. Just my opinion of course.

I have an 84 Club that I got for $100 with about 5 miles on it total about 3 years ago. The bike did surprise me as to how stiff it is compared to my other steel bikes, but it has a different stiffness than my two Miyatas that use splined tubing. The splined tubing seems to be stiffer from side to side but the Fuji is stiffer up and down which gives it a harsher ride than any of my steel bikes. I hope I explained that right. I don;t ride the Fuji much at all because I'm trying to keep the miles down on it, I put about 150 miles on since I bought it 3 years ago.

If that Fuji is a Club, and I think it is, and it's in decent shape I would run and not walk to get that bike because those dang things are selling for a lot for some odd reason which I can't figure out. I've seen good condition ones on E-Bay go for $800, I think that's insane for a mid level bike...whatever floats peoples boats.

Too big for me. It'll be a flipper if I get it, but the size will probably make it sit for awhile before someone buys it.
