I have an '89 Panasonic titanium bike that I'm pretty certain was made by Sumitomo. This Fuji also looks to me like a Sumitomo-made frame -- and given the decal scheme -- is an '89 (specs), too. The fork and frame on my Panasonic are a bit flexy (being made of CP titanium, not an alloy like more contemporary ti frames), but not overly so and I've ridden it for several years now and never worried about either failing on me.

Nice clean looking Schwinn at a reasonable price in San Diego. Nowadays, it seems rare to find a well kept older bike that the owner is not asking some ridiculous price for:

Schwinn Super Sport Complete Shimano 600 Group Turbo Saddle

This would surely blow away any new bike that could be had for $300 or so.

Could be be a good buy for that price. Terranaut was the in house brand for a local bike shop here in St. Louis. Some were made by Fuji, and some by other Japanese manufacturers.

Pretty nice.. maybe a little overpriced by $50-100- maybe? I see SV tubes, Nervex lugs, Campy hubs, etc.

Crescent vitus steel road bike, Campy

500 OBO
Up for sale is a Crescent super Vitus 10 speed, beautiful lug work on this Swedish-made steel road bike. Campy rims and wheels, suntour derailleurs. I believe it's a 53 in height, medium-sized bike. With a little grease and tuning, it will be a great bike for the NY spring.

Over priced by $200-250. Nothing special there. Hubs are NOT Record.

Vitus Aluminum Bike

I have no idea if this an interesting or valuable bike, but it sounds like it might be a good deal???

STP

Vitus Aluminum Bike a Classic - $300 (Ridgecrest)

This is a classic late 80's bike which I purchased new. The bike now has a combination of Dura Ace and Superbe Pro components. The drive train (8sp) and hubs are Dura Ace. Mavic SUP wheels.
Frame is 59 CM. Top tube height is 33.5". The frame has never been abused. It has been ridden only a few times in the last 20 years. I have too many bikes. Cash sale only. Call me if you are serious. Rider should be at least 6' tall. I also have a Litespeed Ultimate listed.

They got too many phone calls and either someone just plain offered the $200+ or they did some internet searches, I am surprised it only stopped at 250. I had a deal on a nice Bianchi up in Boston years ago and at the last minute the guy changed his mind because someone told him it was worth more than three times the asking price, never mind the fact the bike was a POS in need of serious overhaul and cleaning and the other guy wouldn't buy it for the value he just put on it ruining the deal for me.

Next week it will be a "Custome Fixie" listed at $700

I like it! I searched high and wide for a Galmozzi for several years...nothing. Now it's raining Galmozzis.

When did they move from the headbadge to the decal?
