Nice MB 3. I considered checking this out (it's an hour or so away) but it's a bit tall.

raleigh international frameset

raleigh international frameset - $250 (near downtown)

Late 70's Raleigh International frame and fork in excellent condition. 23" size, measured center to center. Frame and fork are Reynolds 531 steel. Straight and true, no dings or dents. There are scuffs and scratches, typical from normal use.
High end racing bike of its era. $250
The seller's pricing for a 1973 frameset in that condition is reasonable. If it were the next size up, I would consider hoarding it.

If anything it's on the low side. People love these, of course some people also like potato chips shaped like Stalin.

[h=2]Looks pretty mint- I'd think about picking it up if I didn't have an 85 ST400 sitting in my garage as my daily rider. Also getting ready to throw some 8speed 105 brifters on it to make it a little more easy to use.

Not quite C&V, but close enough, I think:

COLNAGO DREAM MAPEI TEAM

Is this one worth saving? Masi Team 3V, Reynolds 753.. in rough shape obviously:

https://washingtondc.craigslist.org/d...317216117.html

I like this one closer to the starting bid, less so the Buy It Now price:

While not perfectly on topic. Other than it being a neat frame but already sold...

I sold this bike on Ebay but never figured out what make frame it had. Some fellows on Classic Rendezvous were discussing the frame, offered on Ebay and I bought it. They thought it was made by one of the master Japanese builders based on the lugs and quality. I stripped the frame to bare metal, primed and painted with an automotive lacquer and built up as a fixie. Any ideas on who made this frame???

That's just a typical Japanese production frame. You can tell by the way the dropouts meet the stay tubes. If you sold that for the asking price, you did well. FMV in NYC would be $200 tops.

Pedigree is not an issue; Rynolds tubes are a plus. For $100 plus shipping and keep the wheels, lock, carrier and kickstand(?) and I might go for it.

Lol, he's quite upset about that Raleigh. There's a similar one on my local craigslist, but it's nowhere near as long.
