84 Trek 500 All Built Up

I've shared some photos earlier of this 84 Trek 500 I had refinished by a local vintage auto restoration painter using Imron Pewter Metallic. It took me a while to get it built up but I'm very happy with the finished results. The drive train is all Shimano 600 Arabesque, Suntour Ultra NOS 6-speed freewheel, Brooks Professional saddle, MKS Touring pedals, Sansin hubs on Araya alloy rims, Shimano 600 calipers and levers, Elite bottle cage, Flickstand (thanks OFG), Nitto Technomic stem and Nitto Randonneur handlebars with Cinelli blue wrap. My only disappointment is the painter installed the headbadge a bit too low of center. Reynolds 501 frame, it rides like a dream, and the metallic Imron is simply stunning in the sunlight.

Very nice.

One suggestion to take or leave: get a matching med/broad blue paint striping pen for the seatpost and crankarm flutes
