Triumph is the same company that makes the motorcycles, no?
My dad had a beautiful Triumph cruiser from the late 60s or early 70s. God, it's a beautiful motorbike. Yours looks just as nice! |

Yours looks just as nice! ******************************************************************************* This was a $20 Craig's List find, and it was in pretty rough shape: It had a broken (and VERY lopsided) Brooks mattress saddle; Ape hanger handlebars (with purple metal flake grips); An old Shimano 3-speed shifter which would not work, thanks to all the plastic being dry rotted (the heat we have here in Arizona is pretty tough on plastic, rubber, etc.); Broken frame- right side seat stay was broken off from the seat lug; Wheels that had broken spokes and dry rotted tires; Rusted chain. Pretty much a basket case, but I figured it was worth $20 and I wanted a project. I bought the NOS Sturmey Archer shifter, the cable clips, the stem, and the Soma Sparrow bar off of Ebay. Everything else was from my LBS. |

The dog is my beloved Chocolate Lab, Zoe. She is almost 2 years old, and a WONDERFUL dog. |
That's one nice looking Triumph. I remember your original post regarding flipped handle bars.
Can I ask you what brand of rear rack and headlight you have on the bike? They complete the bike! |
Outstanding !
