Many, many thanks to Ben (sonatageek): Campag pedal photos on the '70 Paramount
Ever since I purchased the '70 Paramount (first of my two chrome Paramounts, not the '72), I've had to use a pair of silver MKS Sylvans in place of the proper chrome-cage Records, the predecessor to the black-cage Superleggeri pedals that debuted in '71 (though both ran concurrent in production for a number of years).
However, thanks to Ben, the '70 Paramount now sports a set of the proper Record pedals. Though this set doesn't have the strap loop as a '69 or '70 set would, they are a most fitting companion to the frame:
The beauty of the chromed steel cages make the aluminum MKS Sylvans look absolutely characterless in comparison:
