No. That is a Reynold's 531 double-butted main-tubing frame. The Luzerne is a very nice, upper-tier PUCH offering.

The only mistake I see on it is the size. The Luzerne were offered in 61cm and 63.5cm. If it were my size, and I lived in Denver, and I wanted an excellent PUCH - there would be a Doppler-Shift coming off my sneakers.

That thing's been on Denver CL for I'm not kidding two years. In that time it's budged $10. I can't understand myself why it hasn't sold by now.

Why thank you. I do love the Moots but the only time it gets ridden is if I'm riding with others on modern stuff. I mostly ride the Davidson and the GS-equipped Austro-Daimler VN-II for longer rides; the Nine Twelve for running around. I have enough A-D/Puch bikes at the moment (although I'm always searching for the elusive first-gen Vent Noir), otherwise this Puch would probably join the bunch. Girlfriend just moved in so I'm not sure how that's going to affect ongoing collections. Might have to thin it out and/or start buying stuff in the 50-52 cm range.
