BB size on a Miyata 310 ?

I'm new to this stuff, So I apologize in advance for all these basic questions.

I looked through S. Brown's site for info.

From what I have gathered, its British/Iso ? So is it 1.37x24tpi 68mm ?

Decided i'm going to build up the Miyata frame to a commuter/urban rider and want to change some of the original stuff.

Thanks!

So now that i've been shopping around for a BB for this bike...I've come across another question:

What length spindle should I be looking for when buying a sealed cartridge BB?
