best way to patch outside tire cut?

I have a small cut in the outside tread on my sew up tire. The tear is small, about 1/8". The tire still holds air but would like to prevent a leak from this area.

What is the best way to repair this?

I don't know about sew ups specifically, but I use Crazy Glue to fill small cuts in my tires.
Open the cut, put a drop in the gash, let it dry, good to go.

\I too use CG on clinchers but apply glue and hold shut the slit. usually works for me and CG I use is not a very good filler.

I have never successfully repaired a tubular but I like the glue idea fillit to open the cut drop in some glue and deflate.
