Rossin tubing (just tubing)?

Did Rossin ever make just tubing for other frame makers?
I've got a Canadian made Miele frame here with a Rossin tube sticker on it.
I've never seen this before.

Maybe they made the lugs or cut the tubes as a kind of kit?

PS. My Rossin is magical!

Some of the early Miele were manufactured in Italy by Rossin. It's got a front derailleur tab, so it appears to be one of the better ones. What size seat post does it take? Are there helical ridges in the bottom of fthe ork's steerer tube?

seat post tube seems to measure 27.0mm.

here too are some pictures of its underbelly. (though I am not clear in which tube I should be looking for these helical ridges. should I remove the fork and the headset bits and see what that reveals?)

A 27.0mm seat post is typical of a butted, CrMo tubeset. The Campagnolo dropouts also indicate a high level frame, as does the front derailleur tab. However, I do not see any helical ridges in the steerer. The frame would appear to be made from tubing comparable to Columbus SL/SP. It could be Falck, Oria or some other tubing drawn to Rossin specs. Or it could be Columbus tretubi (i.e SL/SP grade but only in the main tubes). However, an Ofmega bottom bracket is a cost cutting move and more typical of a tretubi model, assuming the bottom bracket is original.

If you want, you could try removing the fork, to see if there are any stampings on the steerer.

I did have an early nineties Limongi frame. The bike was built in Montreal and was supposedly a frame that was made by Rossin. The tubing was Columbus SL
