New here, help identify bike

I found this in my basement. It says something like slight weight 5 on it. Sorry for the crappy pic

Department store bike. Clean it up but don't spend much money on it.
I cleaned one up and sold it to a coworker for what it cost me.

+1 Slight weights were sold by JC Penneys. I had a three speed, good looking department store bike, not worth much.
