Pictures of early 1960s Atalas?
Has anyone got pictures of early-1960s Atalas with the original paint/decals?
I've got one that my mother bought in 1961 (or maybe 1962). I'm not sure which model it is, but it's got Campagnolo Record derailleurs and Campy hubs (rear derailleur with toothless jockey wheels -- ring any bells?). She says that the original paint was a copper color, but at some point in the '70s her brother gave it a pretty bad black paintjob, which is now coming off rapidly. Since I'm gonna have to paint it anyway I thought I might try to bring it back as close as possible to its original state -- but I don't really know what it looked like. Any help appreciated.
Incidentally, my mother bought it through American Youth Hostels for touring in New England. Somewhere in the BF archives I found an ad from the early '70s that touted Atala as the official bike of AYH. Does anyone who was around at the time remember anything more about this?

It sounds like the "Atala Sprint" I still have in my garden shed, also a 1961-'62 model. The colour is dusty-blue. The handlebars are straight (not curved back). Mine was bought in Rome, and "resides" in London at present.
