don't drool on your keyboard now.
Gotta get some original decals and an esoteric groupset for a fine machine like that.

25.0 seat post opening? I think it needs Dura Ace AX... Actually, AX with the blue accents would compliment the tubes well.

Why would I drool over a bike with a bent downtube?

Vitus???

Your bike reminds me of a Vitus I picked up a couple of years ago. The bike, as found, was fitted with a full Mavic SSC grouppo. I added blue tires, bar tape and an old blue Turbo I had kicking around in The Old Shed. The bike was a great rider but a bit too flexible for someone my size.

I'm wonderin' the same thing. Well, it looks more squashed than bent. Maybe this is some esoteric Colnago sort of tortured tube thing, and we hoi polloi just don't get it.

It's really just a "squashed" Vitus 979 frameset...that's all..........but I want it!!
"Aero, Monsieur wants aero, let me go to my Citroen and run over it a couple of times..."
BTW, I thought I saw this frameset at Ebay last night still up for bids??.....I'm confused....

Is it still aero if the tubes flex out of alignment every time you pedal?
