It looks like it says Muni-Mula, but the MM never had components that crappy on it.

I can't find anything on it.... I wouldn't pay more than $50 for it, honestly, considering the junk parts on it.

Should be chromo, yes.

I'd be interested in seeing a larger/closer photo of it so I can ID it easier.

Very strange. I would stay away. It looks like it's probably a respray, so who knows what you are getting, and it looks like someone threw a bunch of leftover junk parts on it.

I'm not too sure it's even a Kona frame. On a 1990s Kona frame that large, the top tube should be sloping more, and the seat tube should stick up higher from the top tube. But maybe that's just the angle and crappiness of the photo.

The Muni Mula is an aluminum bike, FWIW.

$20, maybe, if I REALLY needed a MTB frame/fork for some reason.

Rear derailleur, cranks, saddle and chain sure look like junk.

i told them i would offer 40, before i saw the last 2 replies. He/she responded with "i think it would be more $$$ it is a kona after all"
i simply said that the components look like they are from a cheapie bike that was swapped on, given the condition of the frame i wasnt willing to spend much.

thanks for the replies and observations anyways!
