I don't know the model, but bicycles with twin top tubes are generically classified as Motorbikes, as they resembled the early motorcycle frames. They first became popular prior to WWI and retained popularity in some countries into the late 1950's.

Well you obviously know it is a Benotto. Not really sure what sort of info you are looking for.

It was made in Italy, it looks like some parts have been replaced (is that a Raleigh chainwheel I see?) - so it's kind of hard to estimate its age.
Rod brakes, single speed (looks like) double top tube. I'd just guess 1950s, but that style of bicycle was produced in Europe for decades.

Can you get any other pictures?
