Help me identify this track bike?

Here is a Record road frame. I have a yellow track frame with the exact decals. Mine are in bad condition though. This is the only other one I have seen. The lugs although are different. My track frame has heart lugs instead of stars. I was told it was Italian. The seller of the black frame is saying Guercotti. Someone said maybe Russian. The frame is otherwise not marked. Can someone help identify this frames' origin? Thanks.IMG_8589.jpg

Geurciotti sounds right with star cut out lugs, Rossin is another guess, I'm only guessing by the R decal, though it could just be a coincidence (record), though sometimes the most obvious answer is the correct answer? I know there was a Rossin record model as well.

I am about 99% sure it is not Russian. Someone might be confusing "Record" with "Raketa" (the latter is a soviet brand in a lot of things before the wall went down).

Best way to get clues: measure the seat tube diameter, measure the bottom bracket, and go from there. This thing looks newly painted and stickered, so I would suggest that you ignore any current stickers.

I bet "Record" is a store brand. Or could be generic re-paint decals that were used in 70's and 80's?
