two new additions
Trying the new forum by posting two new additions
First is an ATALA from the seventies .looks nice but not a high end bike
the next is a 1940 Schwinn Cycle Truck.I havent cleaned it yet or done anything to it.

Both are cool. I remember similar Atalas thirty some years ago. I rarely see or read about 'em lately.
One the few Italian made, off the peg complete bikes back then that one would see at stores.

Wow, that schwinn is a dandy. Worth a few shekels too.
Where did the Schwinn come from? Rare to see one in such nice condition and with the BIG basket.

I picked it up in Lafayette Indiana.Took it for a ride and it is really tough riding.I can see why delivery boys were young.I forgot how hard balloon tires are to ride up inclines.I guess if you have powerful legs you could be a the one carrying water,candy,etc. on your next group ride but i dont think anyone can put many miles on that old bike.
