Will 26" Kawamura Fenders fit 1984 BS MB-2? Hurry

I'm refurbishing a 1984 BS MB-2 as an all-weather commuter. Do you think these will fit?

https://page8.auctions.yahoo.co.jp/jp/auction/h131830254

Or can I make them fit? Seller says 5.5 cm width. I would want to use them with at least 1.75 mm tires.

Funky retro fenders, don't you think?

Hope somebody's who can give some input is awake somewhere. Auction ends in 4 hours. See this thread for some bad pics of the bike I got; scroll down to a clear pic (by leftthread) of the same make and model:

They might, they might not. If they're inexpensive, get them anyway, and if they don't fit, flip them.

I can't imagine trying to fit fenders that have no provision for adjusting strut length, and that appears to be the case.

Doesn't even matter - his question was posted well over 4 hours ago.
