Help me identify "Bradley" frame

I just got this touring bike, and I've never heard of the frame. It's a steel, ornate-lugged frame with what appears to be original paint. It says "Bradley" on the down tube, twice on the seat tube, and the head badge is a "B." All text is under the clear-coat.

The fork is raked, and the paint matches the frame. Both of the dropouts are stamped "Shimano SF." The bottom bracket is stamped with "EO" and the serial number: "B85066." It has touring braze-ons. I'm stumped. Any ideas?

I am guessing it is a Bradley.

Probably one of dozens of bike mechanics who took up frame building and discovered how difficult it was to make a living at it.

Looks like it is worth $200 if it fits.

Bradley still is one of the framesets that Jack Trumbull builds at Franklin Frames in Ohio. Jack don't make no junk...
