Unknown Selle Italia saddle

Picked up a "Dual" saddle recently - anyone heard of it? It has a strange spring in the nose which allows the rear to be shifted back and forwards, whilst riding! Can't find any info online, hoping you fellows could help.

Selle Italia Dual was an early to mid 2000s, Triathlon/TT saddle. The spring on the nose allows the rider to get a lower more aero position when on the aerobars
