Humber Pics
I hope these all come through. I put the Humber back together yesterday and even rode it for a few blocks. It rides really well.
It is, of course, heavy as compared to a modern bike, but I think for getting around the city; mostly to and from my house to the park, it will be perfect.
I need bar tape and some new platform pedals (the originals are pretty bad. The ones on now are an old pair of Shimano pedals I had around).
Everything else is original (at least up to when I got it a few weeks ago). I even put the kickstand back on. For certain rides, like going to tennis courts, it is nice to have a kick stand.
Can anyone match the paint? I haven't found anything that matches thus far.
Also, I used a chain I had around and it may be a few links too short; what do you think?
I also think the derailleur may be out of alignment. It actually shifts well, except for the top cog, where the derailleur pulley guard bumps into the wheel (the chrome bit between the spokes and the freewheel). I will play around with it some more and see if I can get to align.

My kind of bike, though it has too many gears.
Ride the heck out of it!
