Saddle Choice for Trek 660
I have rebuilt my 1989 Gray/Blue Trek 660 for the third time and have taken it back to a more original configuration (including white bar tape) except for adding a Dura Ace crank and 8-speeds on the DT.
I am looking for opinions on the saddle. Right now the choices are black Brooks B-17 or black Concor. Your thoughts? Other options?
Thanks

The original saddle on your bike was a vetta gel racing. Imo the brooks (esp the B-17) will look out of place. The Concor is a better choice and Regal or Rolls would be good choices as well. But a saddle is a personal decision, use what feels better for you and the type of riding you are planning on doing.

How about one of those blue Rolls saddles...or even one of those special production blue b-17s? The only problem with those is they are engraved with things like messenger racing logos.
I do something weird...I have "show" saddles for the bikes that I leave on and use for rides under 20 miles, but for longer rides I switch out for a B-17 no matter what was on it. I have yet to feel anything as comfy as a B-17 over distance.
This looks like a potentially good choice:

Saddle choice depends more on the rider's butt than the make/model of the bike. Both the Brooks and the Condor are fine saddles. I'd lean to he Brooks, personally, unless the bike is destined to be ridden in the rain.
