I'm cutting my teeth rebuilding a 80's Bianchi nuova alloro. The brake levers, calipers, and deraillers are Victory. The shifters are c-record. I think the cranks and pedals are Victory also. The wheels were all wrong so I won't even go there. The headset is gipiemme and might stay that way. The remaining thing to identify is the bb. Stamped 70 ss 109mm but there's a "t" in a triangle on the drive-side cup. Oh, and it came with a gipiemme dust sleeve. Any ideas on the bb? Thanks, Greg

I am not sure what the T is for unless the cup was Triples or maybe that is a production mark for heattreating. is your bike an '88? that seems to be the only Nouvo Alloro in the catalogs with Victory. why are you unsure about the crank being Victory? i am not really sure the difference between Victory and Triomphe (I guess polish) but they are both easily identifiable by the straight angles on the chainwheels.
I would not be concerned about the GPM sleeve. it was either what was onhand that day in the factory or was installed during an overhaul at some time.

My initial guess would be chorus/athena but I am unfamiliar with victory BBs... I thought they might take a longer spindle than that?

Velobase has a Triomphe bb but no Victory. I'm leaning toward this bb being a mix of levels.

Cyclotoine may have the answer as he's got one for sale in his list. Early C-record is 109mm, but with 3/16" balls. What size balls do you have?
Edit: those look 1/4". Maybe not the answer.
