dating a paramount

E7165 this is the serial number of an interesting chrome paramount i have my eyes on. it has red pinstriping along the lugs and the olympic rings on the seat tube. was wondering what year this would be? thanks

I believe that serial number would make the frame the 65th produced in May 1971. (For reference, my chrome '71 serial number is H7184), making it the 71st frame produced in August 1971.)
