sometimes I stumble across a story
Sometimes in my web wanderings I come across interesting things I might not have found if I was looking for them directly. Lately, due to the wedding that I'll be photographing tomorrow on a volunteered basis with a borrowed camera (probably a story there too), lately I've been researching digital cameras and giving thought about getting back into photography a bit. One link led to a review site that led to an update site that led to seminars and photographer blogs and gallery pages, which eventually brings me to the reason for this post.

A photographer's blog page with a story about his Follis bike given to him in the 1960's. A nice story, some interesting history about cycling and his bike, and some action and drama. Seemed like a good read so I thought I'd share the link. I don't know if he is on the site here.
I really like the front derailleur and shifter on his bike and which has now become my 2010 Summer quest to find a bike with a similar setup. Anyway, hope you enjoy the read.
