Help me ID this CIOCC frame.

Ok So this man in my neighborhood has this ciocc bike, He doesnt ride it. and is willing to give it to me for free. Now my questions are where would ther serials be. it isnt on the bottom of the BB could it be on the top side of the BB also it doesnt have that ruffled TT it has engraved ciocc logos on the Lugs etc

Also if i do find the serial i will post it.

many do not have any serial number.
