Columbus T-Shirt Run -- INTEREST THREAD

Let me start off this whole thing by saying that this thread is only to gauge interest.

We had some really great success with the Reynolds 531 shirts, and I feel like a Columbus Tubing shirt would be a really big hit.

The graphic I'm thinking about is this one:

All rights going to JohnDThompson for the image.

Other Columbus decal/logo ideas are welcome, and let's just see who's interested in doing a run of these shirts. Also, if there is enough interest, then we might also need a facilitator. I would do it, but I'm a minor. I just wanted to start this thread to get the whole thing moving.

I've started a GoogleDoc to keep track of the numbers.

Would anybody be interested in being the facilitator? We're gaining numbers still.

I'd definitely be interested. I'm still kicking myself for passing up the Reynolds shirts.

why not follow in the vein of the 531 shirts and post a columbus frame decal as opposed to a regular shirt logo?

I'm in for one.

+1 Consider the Reynolds T as a template, replace Reynolds with a higher end Columbus decal.

I'm in for one.

It would also be interesting to create a Tange decal shirt. Lots of Japanese bike fans out there (like me). One of the Tange Prestige decals would make a nice shirt!!

Alright, so you guys want a decal?

John has some great examples in his link. Were we thinking something like SLX?

Would everybody still be in if it turned into a decal? Who wants to facilitate the entire extravaganza?

I'd buy one. I like the two below, but the shown example is fine, too.

Well, you guys need to deliberate on which decal we should use. I have no personal preference really, except that I like the Columbus-unique "u."

I'd buy a shirt with the style shown in the original post (blue fabric shirt, white columbus writing, and simple blue columbus bird with red background). That one has a more universal appeal to me than any of the specific decals.
