replacing non-sti dura-ace hoods

Heya
I read a few of the old posts on non-sti dura-ace aero lever hoods (7400ish series), which I've been trying to replace. The only actual Dura-Ace 7402 replacements I can find are going on ebay for 75 (I pay less than that for my tires...what the heck).

Does anyone know if the Dia-Compe hoods provide an OK replacement, or if the generic Shimano non-sti replacement hoods (or these) are a good fit?
