It Has Dunlop Tires, Bendix Brakes and the only other insignia are the Warrior paint on the chain guard and on the fron of the frame.

The paint, striping, and overall design looks almost exactly like a Sears that my dad gave me. He bought it new in 1961, so I'd guess that it's from about that time.

This is one of many, many copycat cantilever frame bikes that appeared after Frank W. Schwinn's 1939 patent expired in the late 1950s. It's a credit to the design that they're still being made by multiple manufacturers more than seventy years later. The first mountain bikes were built using old Schwinn cantilever frames because twisting of the frame leading to frame failure (head tube twisting out of alignment with the seat tube) imposed by the loads of the bike bombing down Mt. Tamalpais was resisted by the seat stays carried forward to the down tube just behind the head tube-down tube junction.

Sorry to say, I doubt it has any significant value. It does look like it's in nice shape, though.

Ok, then it should be good to upgrade with some newer parts without worrying about it being some prized classic that needs to stay original.
