    Schwinn ID help

So I looked around for a bit and can't figure it out. I got the bike from a second hand store and it has a mish mash of parts on it. Some campy stuff, nice looking lugs, and the head badge says Chicago. 069 is the number on the head badge and the serial number is 81 03 17541. Any help would be great or just a good website, thanks.

Without pictures of the frame, it would be nearly impossible. Take some of the headbadge, the mishmash of parts, the decals, etc. We're a visual bunch. We need to look at what you have.

The serial number (BTW where was it located) and the "069" on the headbadge are not consistent with Schwinns from 1980 and earlier. The "069" is not consistent with Schwinn headbadges in the 1980s. They would have4 digits.
