Well Biked, that is just an awesome picture. You should put it up in your man cave, if you have one.

Thank you. I like it, too. Man, we used to have some fun trying to be like Evel Knievel in those days!

I was pretty excited when my wife came across it the other morning. It did bring back some memories. The uncle I referred to in the earlier post (the one who made the poster for me) passed away a couple of years ago, he was my favorite uncle. What a great guy, I can't even begin to tell you all the good times we had. His son (my cousin) is roughly the same age as me, and we grew up pretty much like brothers. I'm sure my uncle saw me jumping off that ramp in the back yard and immediately thought something like "wow, I could make a really cool Christmas present for him by making a poster of that!" I'm telling you, everyone ought to have an uncle as cool as him.

great pic! obviously the joy of a bike wasn't lost on your young mind :) I have one of those pics as well, my first metallic brown steed that went AT LEAST 20 km/h faster after I applied some ultra-cool Ninja Turtle decals. I'd have to scan it out of my moms' album though.

If I ever figure out how to post a full size picture I will be thankful to the person who slaps me in the back of my head. OK. Taken a year ago when I was 10 pounds lighter.

Beautiful bike, I really like the brown saddle and bar tape with the orange. I must say, it looks a little like you are praying over the bike.:D

As far as posting pics, I'm a dummy so if I can do it anyone can. I upload pics from my computer to photobucket, then copy and past the "IMG code" from photobucket to post them here.:)

I don't have any pics of me on a bike (I go WAY too fast) so here's one in a plane. No wife, pet or kids yet :)

Hi! I don't have a license (yet!), this was shot at a training flight for my Glider Pilot License. I haven't been able to rack up enough hours this summer due to the abysmal weather, sadly. have a look at my flickr photo stream, I uploaded some pics there. The plane is a Grob twin III sl (the motorized version of the 3rd incarnation of the famous Astir design). My club also flies a non powered Astir II.

^ Howard: you did, but you're another year older, so feel free to post some recent pics!

I'm sure you've been hanging them out there during this past year; I'm sure us younguns would be interested in seeing what new adventures you've been up to.

Nice pic! a friend of mine recently got his parawings. We came to the conclusion he was doing it right and I was doing it wrong, getting my flying license first and then my parawings:).

You? wouldn't be too comfortable taking those shots out there with a foreign tail sign. or is it just be being a handful?

Paper route. Note the killer gloves and cycling shoes.

Handlebars turned backwards and down. I pretended it was a Norton Commando.

Years later, when I finally got my hands on a Commando, I realized the bike had a better suspension and was more reliable.http://i261.photobucket.com/albums/i...hotograph6.jpg
