Nice to see another classy lady join our ranks - we can never have too many of those :)
Great pics, everyone! And thanks, NB, for the birthday wish :) DD |
Mountainbike ride this spring in Strawberry, AZ.
http://i733.photobucket.com/albums/w...a/704e6568.jpg All the other pictures of me seem to have a cat or my infant niece in them... I need to commission a riding buddy to get a shot of me actually riding. (Happy birthday DD...you're 48 on the East coast!) |
c.2006 Vancouver, with my 1981 nishiki comp II in fixed gear set-up, that was a nice mass production frame

oh what the hell... the other models...
Gios professional 1st gen chorus... long gone http://i83.photobucket.com/albums/j2...g?t=1342507381 early 1970 raleigh sprite maybe? One of the rare young adolescent models with 26 x 1-3/8 wheels, 155mm cranks too I think, single speed coaster http://i83.photobucket.com/albums/j2...g?t=1342507542 |
^ Those are all great pics!
I like the one of you on the Faggin flying through that corner; someday I'll get someone to take one of me doing something similar. I've always regretted the fact I have no really cool picture of me going scary-fast through a turn. The one of you with the Marinoni; you could pass for being a member of The Cure :) I mean that as a compliment, by the way! DD |

Have been rocking my friend's Catrike for a week now... I mock him for being too skinny and beardless to be riding a bent. |

Great pics, everyone! And thanks, NB, for the birthday wish :) DD 47 is my next mileage marker and my daughter says if I shave off all the white friskers I look ten years younger, she is such a smoothie. |
A couple months ago, Mom shot this during a quick visit while riding around town.

First of all, Happy Birthday DD.
Hope you have some big time fun! Couple of quick shots of yours truly. Lake Superior, right before we went winter sea kayaking. Super cold adventure that day, that's for sure. http://farm8.staticflickr.com/7038/7...354690d4_o.jpg Skiing at Red Lodge, Montana. http://farm8.staticflickr.com/7037/7...ecfac64b_o.jpg |
There's usually no one around to take pics when I ride. But there sometimes is when I do my main thing.

Whatcha' got there? For which I've been thankful on more than one occasion in the chop. |
That's me in the background with my S3X fixie. In the foreground, fellow BF member Syscrush and his Gios.

Happy 48th birthday DD!
Here's a shot taken during this past Memorial Day weekend. Resting along the Salt River, between Red Mountain and Usery Mountain. http://farm8.staticflickr.com/7218/7...a8f7582d_k.jpg |
Wow, a flood of new pics! Including a wedding! Congrats, RB1!

Here's me from a recent century ride to Maine. It was my first full imperial century, and we did it at night. This was taken at dusk, about 25 miles in:
