@sjanzeir Is the weather more temperate this time of year in Saudi Arabia or is it still quite hot? It is always nice to see riders in other parts of the world.

Depends on where you happen to be at what time of day:
http://i179.photobucket.com/albums/w...psxk7goeoa.png http://i179.photobucket.com/albums/w...pskrllimq8.png It's no longer uncommon to see snow in places like Abha (mountainous south-west) or Tabuk (north-west.) The inner regions have been experiencing frozen bodies of water this week. These guys shot these videos on Friday and Saturday: |

I use a postimage.org to host pictures, the site offers the option of resizing pictures when uploading. Upload a group of pictures at one time, select the size desired for the resizing and then just copy and paste the link in forum posts.

Here is picture of me last Saturday during a 200km.

Nice. F-104 and a Gazelle. Tell us about that Gazelle.
|
Uh what's up with the mini Starfighter? I wonder if Lockheed threw in a wind tunnel model during the "sale of the century".
Nice Gazelle |

Nice Gazelle The gazelle is my randonneur bike. I hope to finish London Edinburgh London on it this year. |
Hi all,
Steve from Malta. Here's a bike I've just started restoring. It's a Legnano commuter bike, (an Italian brand) I believe this one is a 70s or 80s model. 4-speed. My uncle who used to race bikes and still fixes them up had given this to my dad years ago and was left to languish in a humid garage. I wanted a road bike, my dad wanted to clear out the garage so here we go! The chrome is gone and the frame has surface rust, but all the mechanicals are spot on, thanks to my uncle's perfectionism over 20 years ago Anyone interested can follow the resto on the facebook page legnanovintagebicyclerestoration |

This one and around 12 others, I don't sell all my bikes.
|
^I know, I'm just envious of the level of C&V action you see in Elwood, IN.
Plus I've been a benefactor of your stringent sizing requirements. The Trek 760 still awaits a proper build. Enjoy the spring weather @sloar |
Thanks, but I usually cheat. I have one main secret source.

Been perfecting the DI steely eyed look, have we. Don't eyeball me boy, eyes front and locked.
Wow, brings back some memories that were long hidden away. Bill |
Nice looking Clubs
Re Khatfulls Fujis early in the posted- Hey I've been off the site for a long time due to life challenges but one of my favorite bicycles was my 85 Fuji Club and you appear to know what a great bicycle it is. I was surprised by how clean your 88 is - stunning. Fuji always has the best colors and decals i felt at that time. I've ridden them all pretty
Much in my years and Japanese vintage are what I really enjoy. It is the time when the Kapanese proved how good they were. I've had some fujis, the Chromed out Team (flamingo pink- no thanks!) and a club, and s10 & s12s LTD. I felt the club was long due to stronger tubing and a near perfect balance of being a racer yet also a touring bicycle as good as any with just a little additions. The Fuji Club is one of the best deals no body knows about. It's a true Club racer which is something from U.K. And people didn't start on $10K in carbon frames and wheels, even if they had the money. You have some gems and it's amazing a person can get really superb bicycles for a few hundred and some new tires grease and brakes and they are ready to ride with much less hassle and cost than anything in production today Issac |

Me, after riding with a buddy John yesterday. I'm on the right and he is also a member here (Heyspike).
Looking good for 58, I think (be nice, lol) |
How tall are you? Is that a 60?? And what brand model was it originally? I like the lug work and fork crown.

Here are four of us on the Tour de Staten Island this past Sunday. We did 50 miles. I'm with my Lemond RS, @wilfried with his Tern, @ascherer with his restored Raleigh International, and Andy's cow-orker with his Trek.
