Updated wheels

I'm looking to update a bike to an 8/9. Anyone know of a decent Shimano compatible 700C wheelset for those of us on a budget? The bike isn't real expensive so I'm not looking on dumping a ton of money.

Another vote for bicyclewheelwarehouse.com. Ultegra hubs with some Open Pros. Best bang for your buck out there. IMHO of course.
