Where can I get this Sturmey Archer Shifter part?

It's a ferrule, but it has a lip at the end which allows it to hook into the shifter mechanism. These are often corroded and the lip part has broken off.

What are they called, and does anybody know where I can find replacements?

Thanks. So I guess I have to buy the cable, that comes with the ferrule.

I bet I've got one in my SA stash. PM me an address and I'll send it. It might not be the shiniest part on the bike.
    I have spoken.

It looks like it might be a good idea to replace the cable, too. It's probably rusty. If it breaks you are stuck in high gear.

I always got mine with the cable...and I just broke an OEM cable on my old beater Sports I have a universal, but I am going to doctor it and use the swivel piece from the hub end of the old cable.

I don't like the universal anchor points, I prefer the OEM style. But I know how to convert them, using a bit of brass rod and some solder or JB weld.
