Frame Identification

Hi everyone, I have a frame I can't identify and was hoping someone here might have a few clues. Here's what I know about it:

126mm rear dropouts
27.2mm seatpost diameter
For recessed brake calipers
Italian threading
Campagnolo components (unsure which kind)
Campagnolo frame and fork dropouts
Long point lugs with different shaped cut-outs with gold fills
3 point crown shape pantographed fork crown
Purplish-indigo paint

And here are some photos:

i've seen that panto before. Monarch or Crescent keep coming to mind, but I'm not sure that's right.

....... I'm thinking Monark. Love your kitten!

we had one with that very same crown-in-the-forkcrown panto come up about 2 or 3 months ago. I can't recall what the make finally was but if you search the archives you may find the thread...pretty sure not a Monark cause the style of crown was wrong.
EDIT: found the thread by searching http://www.bikeforums.net/showthread...+fork+crown%3F
if you make it all the way to post#50, you'll find a pic of that crown that looks just like yours and the ID: Giovanni Losa
Amazing how much kicking that frame around we did (and especially me) before somebody brought the goods! But it was a weirder, earlier Losa frame with a slightly different crown and strange dropouts...(that's my excuse and I stick to it.)

We never nailed the Losa ID for sure on that older frame. I called Losa because of the crown on the fork, but nothing else pointed in that direction.

This one here is certainly a Losa frame, the cutouts in the Headlugs make it final. Nice frame you got there, giovanni made some real nice frames, you can be happy about it.

True, it wouldn't hold up in a court of law, but at least the fork was close enough for me to vote that Losa made that much of it...and we'd never have gotten that much if you hadn't "offered evidence" :). Now we got to use it again for a positive ID...another case closed!

Wow, thanks so much guys. I was originally surprised it wasn't Italian so this seems to make more sense. For completeness sake I took pictures of the bottom bracket shell:
