Any idea what hub this is?
The only marking is a "made in France" around the center. The round cut-outs made me hope they were Maxicar, but all the pics I found had the red dust caps. Anyways, the axle is bent, but they spin super smooth.

It's a Normandy hub, from before the days they had oval holes on the flanges.
